PropertyBox has integrated with Reapit in a move aimed at cutting admin and speeding up the journey from instruction to listing.
The integration connects Reapit Agency Cloud with PropertyBox, allowing agents to launch marketing workflows directly from a property record and return completed assets without leaving the system.
It targets one of the most persistent friction points for agents – rekeying data, switching platforms and manually uploading marketing materials – at a time when speed to market and presentation standards are under increasing pressure.
With more than 4,000 branches already using PropertyBox, the move reflects growing demand for joined-up tech that fits into existing workflows rather than adding further operational complexity.
PROPTECH SHIFT
Agents can pull key property details such as address, type and bedroom count directly into PropertyBox, before pushing completed assets – including photography, floorplans, virtual tours and video – back into Reapit automatically.
Order tracking is also fed into the platform, giving branch teams visibility over progress without needing to leave their CRM.
The launch comes amid a wider shift in the proptech space, with suppliers increasingly focused on integration and efficiency as agencies look to streamline operations and reduce workload.
