Property Academy has partnered with Property Conveyancing Consultancy to provide an innovative new training course aimed at front-line, customer facing staff, whether valuers, negotiators, managers or sales progressors.
The six week programme will give agents an insight into what happens during the conveyancing process and why, providing them with the understanding and knowledge to more confidently manage their clients and solicitors.
Danielle Nash (main picture), Managing Director at Property Academy, said: “One of the biggest areas of contention and frustration in the moving process is down to the speed of conveyancing, as well as lack of transparency and communication, and this course seeks to mitigate all of these issues.
“The best agents are informed agents – ones who keep pushing themselves to learn more and evolve their services to enhance their client experience.
“Rather than asking for a general update from solicitors, after completing this course agents will be able to ask specific questions and feed back accurately to clients, making the whole process smoother and more efficient.”
The course includes four Zoom sessions and two in-person ones, titled:
- Overview of the Law of Property Act 1925
- What documents you need to create a comprehensive contract pack
- Leaseholds
- The stages of conveyancing
- Current challenges
- How you can influence a smooth transaction
By taking part in the course, agents will be able to reduce transaction times, avoid failed sales, improve customer satisfaction and manage expectations.
