Prime London property brokerage, Jefferies James, has announced it is launching one of the first AI property brokers as the company embraces the changing face of the property landscape as part of the firm’s wider company rebrand to Jefferies London.

Not only does the rebrand include an overhaul of the firm’s digital assets, but Jefferies London has announced it will be launching one of the very first AI powered brokers.

The Jefferies Estate Sales and Search Engine, named J.E.S.S.E for short, will utilise AI technology to improve the company’s client facing service offering.

J.E.S.S.E speaks multiple languages, holds a wealth of industry knowledge and is able to book appointments and answer any other questions related to listings on the Jefferies London website.
