Paul Fosh Auctions has launched a new modern auction arm as part of its strategic diversification – and appointed rising industry talent Olivia Williams (main picture) to a pivotal role at the start of its expansion.
The new venture, YourBid, aims to capitalise on growing interest in the modern method of auction, offering buyers and sellers a more flexible and transparent route to property transactions.
Based in South Wales, Paul Fosh Auctions has consistently topped the all-Wales auction sales rankings and is now looking to broaden its market reach.
Williams, 23, from Ross-on-Wye in Herefordshire, joins as an auctions valuer.
GROWTH STRATEGY
With a strong background in both sales and lettings, including experience as a senior negotiator at a Gloucester Docks agency, she is seen as a key part of YourBid’s growth strategy.
She says: “Having grown up in a family involved in the industry, I have a strong passion for property that motivates me to deliver excellent service and achieve the best outcomes for clients.
“My journey in property began at 16 with an apprenticeship at a letting agent, laying the foundation for a career I’m truly passionate about.
“I’m really excited to be taking up this role with YourBid because the modern method of auction sales is a growing part of the property market, offering real benefits in terms of flexibility and transparency. I’m looking forward to helping more people see the value in this approach as there are many benefits to both buyers and sellers.”
