Strutt & Parker has rehired Tom Parsons as Associate Director in its Fulham office, bringing back a familiar face as competition intensifies in London’s prime sales market.
Parsons (main picture) returns to the firm where he began his estate agency career, following three and a half years at Middleton Advisors, where he worked on the sale of prime homes across Prime Central London and the wider prime outer London market.
Before that, he spent seven years at Strutt & Parker’s Fulham office, progressing to Associate.
The appointment comes as the agency reports strong demand in SW6, with competitive bidding recorded in around half of successful sales over the past three months and several record price-per-square-foot deals agreed on streets including Delvino Road and Brookville Road.

George Jackson-Stops, Head of Sales at Strutt & Parker Fulham, says the return strengthens the office at a time when local knowledge is proving critical in the upper end of the market.

In his new role, Parsons will focus on house sales, particularly transactions above £2m, working alongside George Jackson-Stops, Head of Lettings Meena Patel and the wider London network.
