Paddy Pritchard-Gordon, who spent 24 years at Knight Frank – working in their country house department and setting up their Bishop’s Stortford and Cambridge offices – has joined leading buying agency Prime Purchase.
Pritchard-Gordon will cover the eastern counties, advising buyers in East Hertfordshire, Essex, Cambridge, Suffolk and Norfolk.

Born and bred in Newmarket, Pritchard-Gordon lives with his family in Cambridgeshire and his children are schooled in Cambridge.
He attended The Royal Agricultural College and has strong equestrian links, having been brought up in the racing world.
EAST ANGLIA
Sarah Broughton, who has historically covered East Anglia for Prime Purchase, will continue as a consultant to the business.
Alex Oliver, who has been covering East Anglia for the past 12 months, is joining the Prime Purchase London team. This is a return to the patch where he spent the previous decade of his career at Black Brick before joining Prime Purchase. Oliver will cover north and east London.
