A qualified solicitor since 2010, Colton brings over a decade of operational and managerial expertise in residential property law, having previously held senior positions at Premier Property Lawyers and Countrywide.
Her appointment marks a key milestone in ONP’s ongoing regional expansion and highlights the firm’s commitment to investing in talent and infrastructure outside the traditional legal hubs.
The new Cardiff office reflects the group’s confidence in South Wales as a growth market, and Colton’s remit is both strategic and hands-on: to build a high-performing, collaborative team from the ground up.

She is currently leading a recruitment drive focused on experienced conveyancers who are not only technically adept but share her vision for a dynamic, people-first culture.
