Home of Mortgages has become one of the first firms to integrate with the Street.co.uk Partner Platform – a new referral system designed to help estate agents scale and track mortgage income more effectively.
The platform is built directly into Street’s CRM, allowing agents to refer buyers and sellers to mortgage partners in one click, with client details transferred instantly and progress tracked through to offer and completion.
The move targets a long-standing pain point in estate agency: fragmented referral processes reliant on emails, spreadsheets and informal updates.
By capturing referrals at source and logging updates in real time, the system gives negotiators and managers full visibility of pipeline progress and commission due.
TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
For agents, the focus is on transparency and accountability. For brokers, it offers structured lead flow and a clearer feedback loop. Both firms say the integration modernises how referral relationships operate in practice.
Michael O’Brien (main picture, inset left), Founder of Home of Mortgages, says: “I’ve been working in estate agency financial services for over 20 years and this is exactly what has been missing in the relationship between agent and broker.
“The lack of transparency, timely feedback and uncertainty around referrals has always created friction points in the referral journey. This integration changes that completely.
“For estate agents, this removes friction. For brokers, it increases lead volume and improves the feedback loop. And for the client, it delivers a smoother, more joined up experience from offer to completion. Everyone wins.”
STRUCTURED COOLLABORATION
Heather Staff (main picture, inset right), Co-Founder at Street Group, adds: “We’re delighted to be working with Home of Mortgages as one of the first partners on the Partner Platform.
“Our goal has always been to give estate agents a structured, reliable way to collaborate with trusted partners, without adding admin or complexity.
“This is a great example of how better technology can remove barriers, improve transparency, and create stronger outcomes for agents, brokers, and clients alike.”
