Nurtur targets agents with AI email push

Proptech firm Nurtur has launched a new email marketing platform for estate agents as the battle to control data, leads and local brand presence intensifies across the sector.

The company, which says it works with more than 2,500 UK agents, claims the new system is designed specifically for the way estate agencies operate, with multi-branch, multi-brand and locally targeted campaigns built in from the start.
Email remains one of the highest-return marketing channels for agents, particularly at a time when only a small proportion of homeowners are actively looking to move, making database engagement critical to winning instructions.

Nurtur says that the new platform focuses on speed, automation and measurable results, with AI-assisted campaign building, mobile-optimised design and an ROI dashboard designed to show agents exactly what marketing activity is generating leads.

BUSINESS LOSS

The firm argues that agents who fail to maintain regular contact with their database risk losing business to competitors who stay visible through consistent marketing.

The new editor allows agents to create campaigns automatically, manage multiple brands from one system and deliver localised content such as price updates, recently sold properties and automated customer journeys.

Richard Combellack (main picture, inset right), Chief Commercial Officer at Nurtur, says: “This has been a huge effort from the team behind the scenes, and we’re proud to finally bring it to market. Since launching the platform to our customers, it’s already evolving rapidly, and we’re excited about what’s coming next”.

DATA-DRIVEN MARKETING

And Ricky Bostock (main picture, inset left), Technical Director, adds: “We have recently advanced our development capabilities with additional resource within the team.

“We have now been able to increase development productivity meaning faster product delivery, quicker feature rollout, and significantly accelerate the pace of product innovation here at Nurtur”.

The launch is the first in a series of product updates planned by the company during 2026, as proptech firms race to offer agents more automated, data-driven marketing tools in an increasingly competitive instructions market.
