Nurtur has unveiled its new Global Referral System (GRS), an automated solution designed to help estate agents generate new revenue streams by monetising out-of-area data and enhancing collaboration within its network.
The system, powered by the BriefYourMarket Data-warehouse, enables agents to tap into the untapped potential of applicant leads that fall outside their core geographical areas.
Through a seamless, hands-off process, the GRS identifies these out-of-area leads, contacts potential vendors, and facilitates a referral to agents better suited to handle their sale.
For participating agents, the referring agent earns 0.2% of the eventual sale price, with the entire process requiring no manual involvement.
NEW REVENUE STREAM
As well as offering a new revenue channel, GRS is also intended to strengthen relationships between agents across the Nurtur network, promoting data-sharing and reciprocal referrals.

Richard Combellack (main picture), Chief Commercial Officer at Nurtur, says: “Powered by The BriefYourMarket Data-warehouse, our GRS maximises the return on investment for the valuable data captured within the Nurtur Ecosystem.
“This innovative system introduces a completely hands-off referral process, identifying out-of-area leads from the agent’s database and managing communication with potential vendors.”
QUALIFIED AGENTS
Combellack explained that when GRS identifies a suitable lead, it offers vendors a list of up to five qualified agents in the relevant location.
The vendor then selects three agents to carry out independent valuations, facilitating a smoother transition in their move. Agents who refer leads receive regular updates on progress, including valuation appointments, instructions, sales agreed, and completions.
Combellack adds: “Nurtur GRS represents a significant step forward in how property professionals can leverage their data.
“This system not only creates new revenue streams but also fosters a collaborative environment within the Nurtur Ecosystem.”
