Northwood Beverley and Hull has expanded its managed portfolio after acquiring the Belvoir Hull lettings book with the transition of landlords and tenants to the new management structure taking place from 1 March 2026.
The deal increases Northwood Beverley and Hull’s combined managed portfolio to more than 400 properties across Hull and the wider East Yorkshire region.
It also introduces dedicated HMO management services in Hull, strengthening the agency’s lettings and property management offering.
Northwood Beverley and Hull has been owned and operated by John Ounsworth (main picture, left) since 2020 and the acquisition marks the agency’s second portfolio purchase in three years as it continues to grow its presence in the local market.
SUPPORTING LANDLORDS
The Belvoir Hull office was previously operated by Kuljeet Aujla (main picture, right), who chose Northwood Beverley and Hull to take over management of the portfolio and continue supporting landlords and tenants following the transition.
Ounsworth says: “Kuljeet’s confidence has enabled a smooth transition. We are committed to continuing the excellent service landlords and tenants in Hull have come to expect. Kuljeet will now focus on expanding his Belvoir office in Grimsby, while the Hull portfolio continues under Northwood’s management.”
Ounsworth says the agency’s growth strategy remains focused on expanding while maintaining the personalised service expected by local landlords and tenants.
