Specialist real estate advisory firm Newsteer has announced a string of recent appointments over the last six months as the business focuses on the strategic growth of its planning team.
Jamie Alba-Duignan (centre), a Chartered Town Planner with a strong track record in delivering planning applications and site promotions across the commercial, retail, light industrial and mixed-use sectors is the most recent new starter to the planning team.
Alba-Duignan’s work has helped unlock sites for sustainable growth and regeneration, and she brings a keen emphasis on aligning stakeholder priorities and navigating complex planning frameworks to Newsteer’s planning team.
Harry Capstick (left) is also appointed to the Planning team, Harry is a Chartered RTPI Planner with experience of guiding projects from inception through to delivery across various sectors including, logistics, commercial, roadside, residential, mixed-use, and retail.
EXCEPTIONAL EXPERTISE
Mark Battersby (bottom middle) joined the growing Planning team earlier this year. His expertise lies in preparing and submitting planning applications, including Section 73 applications, Listed Building Consents and planning appeals. Battersby also advises clients on planning strategy embedded in detailed knowledge of Green Belt / grey belt sites.
Oyebola (Bola) Ogundipe (right) joins as an Assistant Planner. His experience in planning appraisals, applications, and appeals across residential and commercial schemes, including in policy-sensitive areas such as the Green Belt and Conservation Areas, will prove invaluable to the Newsteer team, particularly in responding to complex site constraints.
