The countdown is on for nominations as Propertymark looks to shape its presidential teams for the forthcoming year.
There is still time to submit nominations for the role of Vice President for NAEA Propertymark and Vice President for ARLA Propertymark with submissions closing on Friday 14 March.
Propertymark welcomes applications from a broad range of backgrounds and experience and those nominated do not need to be an agency director or principal – they simply need to be a Propertymark member, demonstrate the highest professional standards and have a passion for their discipline.
The industry body is gearing up to welcome new faces to its Presidential Teams who share its passion for spearheading positive progression across the housing sector and who display a strong ambition to help deliver an industry-leading membership proposition.
BEST OF THE BEST
Membership numbers at Propertymark are higher than ever and the industry body continues to build on its offering with lower fees and additional benefits – educating millions of consumers about Propertymark members’ high standards through consumer press, social media and its partnership with Phil Spencer, founder of Move iQ.
Membership ambassadors play a key role, representing the very best of the property profession at events and in the media. Taking on the challenge of one of Propertymark’s presidential positions brings industry insight and an opportunity to play a central role in delivering industry excellence and best practice.
REWARDING EXPERIENCE

Toby Leek, current NAEA Propertymark President, says: “Speaking to so many people who have such great experience and talent is extremely rewarding and I’m able to share that extensive knowledge not only on a local and national level but being in this position enables you to be at the forefront of international relationships.
“Being President is a very unique memory and I’m very privileged to have had the opportunity to have done it.”
Nathan Emerson (main picture), Chief Executive of Propertymark, adds: “Propertymark is at the forefront of evolution within the property sector and our operational offering is ever adapting to fit the needs of our membership base. The Presidential Teams play a crucial role in representing the very best of our profession, helping steer the industry forward and acting as ambassadors.
“It is a unique and exciting platform to make a bold contribution to the housing sector at a time when housing is at the forefront of political discourse. We encourage and welcome nominations as we move closer towards building our team for the forthcoming twelve months.”
The successful Vice Presidents will join the existing Presidential Team in June 2025, moving to President-Elect in 2026 and President of their respective divisions in 2027.
