Paul Fosh, of Newport-based Paul Fosh Auctions, says: “The former offices, a commercial unit, has planning permission to be developed into 2 x 2-bedroom flats.

“The proposed plans consist of a ground floor, two-bedroom flat with a large open plan kitchen/diner, two double bedrooms, bathroom, storage, and patio. The first floor flat consists of a kitchen/diner, living room, two bedrooms, and bathroom.

“The open market rental value for the flats suggests that the pair could achieve monthly rental of £750 each.

“The property is connected to gas, electricity, mains water and drainage. There is rear lane access. There’s a designated private parking space at the front of the property.”

The Paul Fosh Auction in which the former office building was sold saw a staggering level of buyer interest with 1,925 registrations and 172 active bidders placing a total of 1,724 bids realising total sales of £4.45.
