Moverly simplifies Material Information for estate agents

Moverly has integrated with Reapit enabling agents using the Reapit platform to access its Material Information solution, which automatically part-populates property listings with the required data.

This partnership comes hot on the heels of Rightmove’s recent launch of Material Information fields and stark warnings elsewhere about the consequences of non-compliance.

National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agency Team (NTSELAT) leader James Munro has also warned these could include hefty fines and even prison sentences.

AUTHORATIVE

Moverly’s platform gathers live data from authoritative sources such as HM Land Registry, Ofcom, and national search providers to compile comprehensive and verified Material Information packs.

These packs are further enhanced by vendor-provided information, ensuring that all necessary details are included. It also offers an integrated AML verification step, further streamlining the compliance process for agents. Moverly also offers a Sale Ready experience for vendors and purchasers, working to complement legal partnerships by priming properties for the legal process.
