He gained extensive experience, leading recruitment teams in Manchester and thriving in both agency and in-house roles.

In his new position, Matt Darwell will focus on enhancing Movera’s employer brand, redefining traditional talent acquisition practices, and introducing continuity and structure to recruitment strategies. His efforts will play a critical role in ensuring Movera remains an industry leader by fostering a culture that attracts, nurtures, and retains exceptional talent.
