Michael Day swaps deals for bridges in Wellness Walk Challenge

Michael Day, founder of Integra Property Services and long-time industry mentor, is trading business meetings for bridge crossings later this year as he takes on the Wellness Walk London Bridges 2025 in aid of Diabetes UK.

Day, who has spent decades advising estate agents and property professionals across the country, will be lacing up his walking shoes in September to help raise vital funds for the charity tackling one of the UK’s fastest-growing health crises.
More than one in 15 people in the UK is now living with diabetes, and Diabetes UK is leading the fight through research, support services and awareness campaigns.

Michael will be tackling the challenge to raise awareness within the property industry and beyond.

WELLNESS WALK

He says: “By donating to my page, Diabetes UK could fund more research or provide much-needed support via their helpline. Together, we can walk towards a world where diabetes can do no harm.”

Those wishing to support his fundraising efforts can do so via his fundraising page, with every pound helping Diabetes UK’s mission to create a healthier, happier future for all.

For those wanting to join Michael Day, the Wellness Walk offers two routes:

10 miles: starting at Battersea Park, crossing 11 iconic London bridges, finishing at Tower Bridge and Potters Fields Park.

5 miles: starting and finishing at Potters Fields Park, crossing 4 bridges along the way.
