London estate agent Martyn Gerrard celebrated 60 years of fulfilling the property dreams of those living in North and North West London last Friday.
The agency’s founder, Mr Martyn Gerrard (pictured right at the firm’s 50th anniversary), opened the doors of our first office on the High Road, Whetstone, on 24thMay 1964.
The first Martin Gerrard officeToday, the agency’s network has grown to span 14 offices across North and Northwest London, having recently opened its newest office in Hampstead, and completing the acquisition of Range Homes to grow and improve the firm’s lettings offering.

To mark the milestone, the firm will be launching a new equity share option for its longstanding employees which will see senior staff offered the opportunity to have an option to become a shareholder in the business.
