Martin & Co Worcester & Gloucester has announced the strategic acquisition of Hills’ lettings division, a well-established independent agency located next door to its Worcester office.
The move marks the first acquisition for Director Nirvair Sander since taking over the franchise in November 2021 and significantly expands the company’s lettings portfolio by over 300 properties. Hill Estate Agents (Sales Division) will continue to operate under its current ownership.
The acquisition combines Hills’ long-standing community reputation with the national reach and advanced technology of the Martin & Co brand.
Nirvair Sander, who has led the Martin & Co Worcester & Gloucester offices since 2021, identified Hills Estate Agents (Lettings) as the ideal partner for his first acquisition.
STRATEGIC FIT

A key component of the deal was retaining the experienced lettings team from Hills, whose local expertise and client relationships are considered invaluable.
The lettings division will be integrated into Martin & Co with the combined operation working from the existing Martin & Co Worcester office.

LARGER PORTFOLIO
The acquisition is set to deliver immediate benefits to clients of both agencies, who can now access a larger property portfolio, a wider range of services and enhanced technological solutions while retaining the personal, expert service they have come to expect.
A smooth transition is a top priority, with both teams working closely to ensure uninterrupted service for all landlords and tenants.
