Buying agency Prime Purchase is strengthening its Home Counties coverage by welcoming respected buying agent Mark Crampton to the team.
Crampton (main picture) is a highly experienced buying agent having spent 19 years working across the Home Counties and 24 years in the property sector, starting out in sales.
He has a proven track record in sourcing and securing prime residential properties for high-net-worth clients, with a strong network of industry contacts.
Crampton’s focus at Prime Purchase will be on Surrey, West Sussex and Berkshire.
COMEBACK KID
The move signifies a return to Prime Purchase, where he worked as a buying agent between 2008 and 2010 before joining Middleton Advisors.
Crampton is Prime Purchase’s third recruit this year, with Abigail Frankish joining in April and Paddy Pritchard-Gordon joining in January.

Charlie Wells, managing director of Prime Purchase, says: “There is no better buying agent in Surrey and West Sussex than Mark and I am delighted that he has agreed to join Prime Purchase, boosting our coverage in the Country market.
“I have no doubt that Mark’s extensive market expertise and networks, plus his deep understanding of clients’ needs, will be a huge asset to the team.
“Mark’s appointment further strengthens our reputation as one of the very few true ‘pure breed’ buying agencies, focused wholly on purchasing.”
INCREDIBLE REPUTATION
Mark Crampton, director of Prime Purchase, added: “I am thrilled to be returning to Prime Purchase, joining such a well-respected and established team.
“Prime Purchase has an incredible reputation in the industry, and I am excited for this next chapter in my career and the opportunities ahead.”
