Reapit unveiled a suite of new tools and tech at Fusion ’25, the company’s latest bi-annual worldwide product release event, and showcased a series of releases for agents.
Upgrades to Reapit Go means agents can now create new property records on the road, pinpoint hard-to-find properties with What3Words, manage their tasks on the move and soon they will be able to access Homesearch property data.
The changes should also make it easier to get the most qualified potential buyers and tenants booked in for a viewing by bringing the multiple steps involved together into one workflow. This should also speed up the sales and lettings process, while leaving agents in total control of their calendar.
The pending Renters’ Rights Bill has seen Reapit develop proactive platform changes that will help agents adapt quickly to the biggest change to the private rented sector in 30 years.
SERIOUS HAZARDS
Updates coming ahead of the Bill include measures to address serious hazards in properties, prevent bidding wars, record pet insurance, and manage the Section 13 rent increase process.
And an upcoming integration with the Deposit Protection Service will allow agents to register custodial deposits.
