LRG has announced its partnership with LOFT, the residential furniture specialist, for the design of its first-ever pavilion at the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) which takes place from 20-22 May, at the Royal Armouries Museum and New Dock in Leeds.
UKREiiF is a key event for regional authorities, local councils, government departments, investors, developers and industry professionals.
As a pavilion partner, LRG is using the opportunity to showcase its dedication to sustainability and innovation in the UK property sector.
The collaboration between LRG and LOFT will highlight a mutual commitment to environmental responsibility and resident wellbeing.
SUSTAINABILITY AND ESG
Aligning with LRG’s strong sustainability goals and ESG commitments, LOFT will provide furniture from its Impactful Interiors range, designed specifically for developers, landlords and residents.
LOFT’s shared commitment to ESG is reflected in this collection, which balances style, durability, cost-effectiveness and, ultimately, sustainability, complementing LRG’s vision.
The pavilion will feature flexible seating for around 40 delegates, as well as breakout areas and soft seating zones for some of the expected 13,000 attendees. The space will also feature lush greenery and foliage, enhancing the atmosphere with a natural touch and creating an inviting and comfortable ambience.
CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES

Kiersty Sims, Group Marketing Director at LRG, says: “Partnering with LOFT, known for its ethical procurement and sustainable manufacturing practices, ensures that our sustainability ethos remains at the forefront of this project.
“Like LOFT, we’re looking forward to taking to the stage, where our experts will be discussing crucial topics including making planning positive for all, modern block management in the face of change, the future of shared ownership, how to deliver housing and growth, navigating the evolving landscape of property development finance, BTR multi and single family housing growth, and the challenges, changes and opportunities associated with business rates.”
