LRG promotes Adam Hills to client services director in BTR division

LRG has promoted Adam Hills to client services director within its build-to-rent division, LRG Living Markets, as the group continues to expand its presence in the institutional and large-scale rental sector.

Hills (main picture, inset) moves into the new role after 13 years with Leaders, most recently serving as area manager.
In his new position he will oversee service delivery, performance management and operational standards across the Living Markets division, which supports a growing portfolio of build-to-rent and professionally managed rental communities across the UK.

LRG says the promotion reflects Hills’ track record in improving performance, maintaining compliance standards and developing high-performing lettings and property management teams.

David Wilson, Chief Operating Officer at LRG, says: “Adam is a highly regarded residential property professional with a strong track record in lettings and property management.

“He brings extensive leadership and operational expertise from his time at Leaders, where he was recognised for improving performance, upholding regulatory excellence, and delivering consistently high standards of customer service.

“As a fully qualified MARLA, Adam is deeply committed to professionalism, compliance, and best practice.

“As the living sector evolves – with more sophisticated landlords, higher consumer expectations and growing institutional participation 0 client service is becoming an increasingly important differentiator.

“LRG Living Markets brings together teams working across the rental and living landscape and Adam’s role will help ensure strong operational oversight alongside a consistent customer experience.”

STRONG GROWTH

Hills says that the division is seeing strong growth, particularly in suburban build-to-rent schemes and single-family housing.

He adds: “It’s an incredibly exciting time at LRG Living Markets. The asset management growth plan is ambitious and clearly focused on delivering long-term value through operational excellence and strong resident outcomes.

“The recent launch of the new Legal & General Build to Rent scheme at The Meadows in Coventry is a great example of the quality and scale of assets coming through. Suburban communities are becoming increasingly important in meeting demand for single-family housing in the UK.”
