Love to Rent to spotlight Build to Rent best practice

Love to Rent is set to publish its first Showcasing Excellence in Build to Rent report this January, aiming to highlight best practice and raise standards across the rapidly growing sector.

The report, created in collaboration with Hannah Marsh, former co-founder of HomeViews, brings together insights from the Love to Rent Awards with practical learning for operators, developers, investors and policy influencers.
Love to Rent claims that there is currently no comparable publication offering this level of sector-wide analysis.

Each chapter will explore why award finalists and winners impressed judges, supported by exclusive case studies and thought-leadership content developed with Marsh, drawing on her experience producing the HomeViews Build to Rent reports.

BEST PRACTICE

Hannah Marsh (main picture, inset) says: “There is a real appetite across Build to Rent to share learning and raise standards, but until now there hasn’t been a single resource that brings together both customer insight and best practice from across the sector.

“Working with Love to Rent on this report has been an exciting opportunity to shine a light on what excellence truly looks like – not just in theory, but in delivery.

“I’m confident this report will become a valuable reference point for operators, developers and investors who want to drive continuous improvement.”

BUDGET CHANGES

The report will be launched at an invite-only breakfast event in January, bringing together award winners, sponsors and senior industry figures.
