LonRes Awards 2025: Celebrating standout sales and lettings in a challenging market

Leading London property data platform LonRes celebrated its 25th anniversary earlier this week with its annual summer party, held in the elegant surroundings of Belgrave Square.

A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the 2025 LonRes Awards, recognising estate agency branches responsible for the top residential sales and lettings recorded on the platform between 1 June 2024 and 31 May 2025.
Presented in association with The London Magazine, the awards were announced by Anthony Payne, Managing Director of LonRes, and William Carrington, Chairman of the company.

The awards continue to highlight the resilience and strength of the prime and super-prime markets, where landmark transactions remain a key feature despite wider headwinds in the UK housing market.

TOUGH MARKET

“The LonRes Awards are an annual fixture at our Summer Party and mark some of the biggest, standout deals recorded over a 12-month period on the LonRes platform,” said Anthony Payne.

And he added: “While the market is undeniably tough right now, the awards are testimony to the fact that in spite of economic and global uncertainties, outstanding deals are still being done. We send our warmest congratulations to all this year’s winners.”
