Lomond strengthens London footprint with Draker–KFH integration

Lomond has announced the integration of Draker into Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH), combining two of the capital’s most respected property firms to create a stronger presence across prime London markets.

The move, which unites Draker’s boutique client care with KFH’s London-wide expertise, will see the firms operate under dual branding across offices in Sloane Square, Notting Hill, and Fulham & Parsons Green.
Logos incorporating Draker’s signature blue and KFH’s distinctive red will also appear across online portals, including Rightmove and Zoopla, refreshing all client listings and boosting visibility.

Clients will benefit from enhanced reach and a seamless lettings service through KFH’s 60-branch network, while Draker landlords and tenants will gain access to additional services, including residential sales and property management. Existing staff from both businesses will remain in place, working together under a single structure.

BRANCH CONSOLIDATION

As part of the integration, branch locations are being consolidated to improve collaboration.

KFH Fulham and Chelsea will be renamed KFH Fulham Broadway, while Draker’s Sloane Square office will join the KFH network.

The integration follows Lomond’s acquisition of Draker in May 2025. Founded 15 years ago by Tim Hassell, Draker has built a reputation for integrity and precision in client service. KFH, acquired by Lomond in January 2025, has been a fixture of the London market for decades, specialising in sales, lettings, and property management.

John Ennis (main picture, inset), Chief Revenue Officer at Lomond, says: “Draker’s reputation for quality and professionalism is second to none. This integration offers clients the same exceptional service, now with the added strength of Lomond’s national network and KFH’s London-wide reach.”

Duncan Blakelock, Director at KFH, adds: “This integration is a strategic move that will provide meaningful benefits to clients of Draker and KFH alike.

“We’re delighted to welcome Draker into the KFH fold, combining their hallmark boutique care with KFH’s wider market expertise, ultimately giving all our clients more exposure, more support and better results.”

The deal forms part of Lomond’s broader strategy to build a best-in-class national network underpinned by local expertise. With more than 200 branches and over 75 acquisitions completed to date, the group is positioning itself as a leading force in the UK property services sector.
