Lomond has expanded its Leeds presence with the acquisition of Right Let Leeds’ lettings portfolio, adding further momentum to the group’s regional growth strategy.
The portfolio will now be managed under Lomond’s Yorkshire flagship brand, Linley & Simpson, reinforcing its position as one of the dominant players in the city’s rental market.
Right Let Leeds, founded in 2012 by Ross Munro and Maani Zakikhani, has grown into one of Headingley’s best-known independent agencies.
Built around a hands-on, landlord-first ethos, the business has carved out a reputation across both the student and professional markets, underpinned by the founders’ long-standing ties to the city. With Lomond stepping in, landlords are being promised continuity – and the added scale, systems and support of a national operator.
STRONGER FOOTING
The deal marks another targeted move in Lomond’s strategy of partnering with strong local operators. It also closes out a successful year for Linley & Simpson, setting the business up for renewed expansion and a stronger footing heading into 2026.
