Lomond has formed a strategic partnership with LOFT Furnishing Solutions, bringing new levels of service and convenience to the property market.

The collaboration combines Lomond’s expertise in residential sales, lettings, and management with LOFT’s experience in interior design and furnishing, offering clients a seamless, end-to-end property service.
Founded in Manchester in 2003, LOFT has furnished more than 50,000 homes and launched the LOFT Renewal programme in 2024, providing carbon-conscious refurbishment and achieving a 98% landfill diversion rate.

Through the partnership, Lomond clients can access next-day delivery, assembly, and installation of furniture, alongside professional staging to enhance the presentation of homes for sale or rent.
