Lomond has appointed Hannah Farmer as Managing Director of Lomond Investment Management, the group’s specialist division overseeing residential rental assets and institutional clients.
Farmer (main picture, inset) joins from CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, where she held senior leadership roles managing large, complex property portfolios and delivering integrated facilities management across the UK’s public and private sectors.
More recently, she operated in a global leadership role, overseeing operational performance, governance and health and safety across international enterprise accounts.
Lomond Investment Management operates nationwide, managing portfolios spanning single-family housing (SFH), build-to-rent (BTR), receivership and distressed assets, developments and private portfolios.
PIVOTAL MOMENT
The division has doubled its portfolio under management over the past two years through organic growth, expanding its teams in London, Manchester and Exeter.
