Lomond merges Dale Eddison into Hardisty brand

Lomond has strengthened its Yorkshire footprint with the integration of Dale Eddison into the Hardisty brand, bringing together two well-established regional estate agencies under a single banner.

The move creates a larger, more prominent organisation across key Yorkshire markets, combining long-standing local expertise with a shared focus on customer service and community relationships.
Branches will operate under the Hardisty name, with refreshed shopfronts and updated signage rolling out across the network to create a consistent look and feel.

The rebrand is designed to modernise the agency’s presence while retaining the local knowledge and personal service that clients associate with both businesses.

HUGE BONUS

The expanded Hardisty brand will now cover Ilkley, Skipton, Craven and the Yorkshire Dales, alongside its established presence across North and West Leeds, strengthening its reach across both urban and rural markets.

David Alexander (main picture, inset), Chief Revenue Officer at Lomond, says: “Our regional brands are a major part of our strength at Lomond and so to combine two successful agencies, bringing the strengths of both together and giving clients a seamless, first-class offering is a huge bonus for us. Congratulations to everyone involved in this successful rebrand.”

“It’s a natural evolution that allows us to present our premium service under one recognisable banner while continuing to deliver the same trusted experience clients already enjoy.”

Andrew Hardisty, owner of Hardisty, says: “This strategic decision reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering a unified, premium service across Ilkley, Craven and the Yorkshire Dales while leveraging the strength and market recognition of the Hardisty brand.

“By bringing the two brands together, we are combining the heritage of Dale Eddison with the prestige and forward-thinking approach of Hardisty.”

Lomond says the integration forms part of its wider strategy to build a national property services network rooted in strong local brands, as it continues to expand its presence across the UK.
