Lomond is celebrating the second anniversary of its partnership with Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, having raised more than £110,000 to support its work with vulnerable young people.
Employees across all brands and regions have contributed through team events such as Centrepoint’s flagship Sleep Out, spin-a-thons, sports days, and raffles at the annual Lomond Awards.
Many have also taken on individual fitness challenges.
Most recently, colleagues in three regions completed major sponsored walks — the Great London Bridges Challenge, the Seven Hills of Edinburgh, and the Kent Coastal Walk — together raising nearly £12,000 in a single weekend.
FANTASTIC MILESTONE
Ed Phillips (main picture), Group Chief Executive of Lomond, says: “Two years into our partnership with Centrepoint, I’m incredibly proud of the commitment and drive our teams have shown.
“Raising over £110,000 is a fantastic milestone – but more importantly, it represents thousands of nights of safe accommodation, counselling and support for young people facing homelessness.
“Thank you to everyone who has walked, run, donated or cheered us on – together, we’re making a meaningful difference.”
MAKING A DIFFERENCE

Michael Winehouse, Centrepoint’s Head of Relationship Fundraising, adds: “It has been amazing to see how much everyone at Lomond cares about the work we do at Centrepoint and how that passion is reflected in the range of fundraising activates they’ve taken part in over the past two years.
“Reaching £110,000 is a huge milestone, and the whole team should be incredibly proud. This money will help Centrepoint continue making a real difference to the lives of young people we support and bring us one step closer to ending youth homelessness for good.”
