Lomond continues London expansion with Draker Lettings acquisition

Lomond, one of the UK’s fastest-growing property groups, has added another name to its rapidly expanding portfolio with the acquisition of Draker Lettings for an undisclosed sum.

The deal marks Lomond’s fourth strategic acquisition in the capital this year alone, following its earlier integrations of Hamnett & Ganpot, Vantage Properties & Management, and the high-profile purchase of Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH).
Based in central London, Draker Lettings specialises in premium residential rentals across prime postcodes including Chelsea, Belgravia and Knightsbridge.

The firm is expected to complement and strengthen Lomond’s growing presence in the capital’s high-value lettings market.

CONSOLIDATION STRATEGY

The acquisition forms part of Lomond’s broader national consolidation strategy, which has seen the group complete over 50 acquisitions since its formation in 2021.

With backing from private equity firm LDC, the company is targeting key urban markets across the UK and positioning itself as a major force in residential agency, lettings, and property management.

Further details on the integration of Draker Lettings, including brand continuity and leadership structure, have yet to be disclosed.

CLIENT-FIRST APPROACH

Operating from three offices, and covering some of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, including Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham, with a portfolio of over 700 properties under management, Draker has earned a reputation for its client-first approach built on the foundational values of integrity and trust.
