Lomond appoints Brent Stojanovic as Investment Management MD

Lomond Investment Management (LIM) has appointed Brent Stojanovic to the newly created role of Managing Director.

Stojanovic (main picture) will oversee LIM’s existing client portfolio, which includes major names such as Lloyds Living, Hearthstone, Annington and AEW and Home Holdings and a total of 4,000+ multifamily, single-family and PRS units under management across the UK.
In his new role at Lomond, Stojanovic will lead a team of 45+ asset and property management, client finance, lettings, mobilisation, marketing, compliance and resident experience experts working across offices in central London, Manchester and Exeter.

His appointment comes as LIM consolidates its activities across the alternative residential sectors. This growth trajectory is further supported by Lomond’s new partnership investor, global alternative asset manager ICG, positioning the firm for continued expansion in the UK property market.

TRACK RECORD

Previously a founding director of the build-to-rent, co-living, and single-family operator VervLife, Stojanovic has an impressive track record across both established and scale-up real estate companies.

He has also served as a Director at JLL, where he worked on European institutional mixed-use, residential and commercial client portfolios. With his extensive leadership experience, Stojanovic is uniquely positioned to guide the team in delivering the exceptional asset performance that has become synonymous with LIM.

His appointment will capitalise on emerging market opportunities and further strengthen LIM’s position as a leader in the evolving residential investment management space.
