Leaders Romans Group (LRG) has promoted Rosie-May Flamson to the position of Director of Block Management.
In her new role, Flamson will collaborate with Group Director of Block Management, Rob Poole, to align all current processes and brands within Block Management to raise standards and facilitate growth.
Flamson joined LRG as Head of Property for the South Coast in July 2023, bringing over 10 years of experience in leasehold property. Since her appointment she has had a significant positive impact on portfolio growth, customer service and employee satisfaction.
