Landmark Information Group has struck a new partnership with estate agency CRM provider Greenhouse OS aiming to dramatically simplify Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance for estate agents.
Under the agreement, Landmark’s digital AML checks will be embedded directly into the Greenhouse OS CRM, allowing agents to order and manage checks without leaving their core system.
The move is designed to cut administrative burden, reduce compliance risk and ensure agents meet HMRC requirements quickly and transparently.
The integration enables agents to complete AML checks in minutes, removing reliance on manual processes and paper-based ID verification. Results are stored securely within the CRM, creating a clear audit trail and making it easier for teams to track outstanding AML actions.
COMPLIANCE SUPPORT
Landmark says that the partnership builds on its growing number of CRM integrations delivered via API, reflecting rising demand from agents for embedded compliance tools that support faster, more reliable transactions.

Ben Robinson, managing director of Landmark Estate Agency Services, says: “Our partnership with Greenhouse OS marks a significant step in simplifying compliance for estate agents.
“By embedding LandmarkAgent’s AML API directly into day-to-day workflows, we’re giving agents the tools to meet regulatory requirements with confidence while freeing up more time to serve their clients.
“As part of our vision for improving collaboration across the market through LandmarkConnect, this integration is about raising standards, reducing risk, improving efficiency, and creating a more seamless property transaction journey for everyone involved.”
PROJECT 28
The firms said the partnership also supports the wider ambitions of Project 28, the industry charter focused on delivering faster and more certain property transactions.

Alex Rhodes, CEO of Greenhouse OS, adds: “Our partnership with Landmark Estate Agency Services is another huge leap in offering Greenhouse OS customers additional functionality without having to leave the Greenhouse operating system.
“Landmark Estate Agency Services offer us a reliable, trustworthy system for streamlining anti-money laundering compliance checks, a high priority for all agents.”
The deal highlights growing pressure on agents to adopt digital-first compliance solutions as regulation tightens and transaction speed becomes an increasing competitive advantage.
