Knight Frank signs strategic partnership with Zoopla to underpin 2025 expansion

Knight Frank has signed a new three-year agreement with Zoopla as part of the real estate consultancy’s plans to expand its residential market share across the UK in 2025.

The deal will see all 62 of Knight Frank’s UK residential offices list properties for sale and rent on Zoopla’s portal.
The consultancy, which was founded in London in 1896, operates 740 offices in over 50 countries and territories worldwide, and remains one of the largest privately owned global real estate agencies.

The new agreement is aimed at supporting Knight Frank’s residential division with higher volumes of qualified buyer and seller leads.

DIGITAL INNOVATION

The firm has identified digital innovation and targeted marketing as core to its growth strategy over the next 12 months, amid continued competition in the prime and super-prime markets.

Zoopla says Knight Frank will benefit from a suite of advanced marketing and lead-generation tools.

These include Valuation Booster, a product designed to generate vendor leads by increasing the visibility of valuation services within search results. In the first quarter of 2025, Knight Frank reported that Valuation Booster had driven a notable uplift in leads for properties valued at over £800,000.

The agency will also continue to use In-Search Ads, a native advertising tool that Zoopla says delivers more than 1.5 million impressions per month, helping agents promote brand and branch visibility within active property searches.
