Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) has launched a new website designed to improve the online experience for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants across London.
The refreshed site features a modern design and enhanced performance across desktop, tablet and mobile devices, reflecting KFH’s continued investment in digital services.
The agency employs more than 800 people and operates from over 50 branches across the capital.
KFH said the new platform makes it easier for customers to search for property, save listings and manage their move online. The website places greater emphasis on usability and personalisation, with features aimed at helping customers make more informed decisions.
INTERACTIVE GUIDES
New tools include instant valuation reports, providing users with quick insights into property values, and the MyMove hub, a personalised account area where customers can manage searches, set alerts, track changes and save properties.
Interactive area guides have also been added, offering information on schools, transport links, local amenities, council tax and property prices.
Lifestyle imagery and a more intuitive layout are intended to better showcase the people behind the business and reflect KFH’s brand values, while maintaining a strong focus on local market knowledge.

“As a leading business in the London property sector, we recognise the fundamental importance of presenting a strong brand identity and offering a website that gives users the most up-to-date and relevant information for clients and customers.
“Searching online is the beginning of so many people’s housing journey whether that is to rent, let, buy or sell, and so we’re delighted our improved website fully reflects the absolute best-in-class service we provide across the business.”
