Katherine Ryan and Soho Collective join eXp UK

eXp UK, the UK’s largest platform for personal estate agents and estate agency businesses, has announced that Katherine Ryan will be hosting the eXp UK Christmas Party and Awards Night in 2024.

eXp UK has quickly become renowned for throwing one of the biggest and best Christmas bashes in the UK property sector and this year is no different.
With the firm hitting a number of company milestones in 2024, including the 600 member agent threshold and the launch of its brokerage model, there’s even more to celebrate and more eXp family to celebrate it with.

The night itself will once again celebrate the year’s best achievers with awards including the highest average fee, highest gross commission earned, best newcomer, best team player, agent of the year and many more.

TAKING THE REINS

In addition, Katherine Ryan will be taking the reins as this year’s comedic host, following Tom Allen and Rob Beckett who hosted in previous years.

There will be live music from the Soho Collective and a host of other entertainment to kick off the festive season in style, including an indulgent three-course feast.

The event takes place at the luxurious Montcalm Marble Arch, 2 Wallenberg Place London W1H 7TN and tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite, with a special discounted rate offered for those who would like to bring a plus one.

It’s not just for eXp UK member agents, everybody is welcome, so those who might be considering the self-employed estate agency approach are encouraged to come down and see what it’s all about.

Spaces are limited though and there are just 50 tickets left, so don’t delay in booking if you want to attend one of the best Christmas blowouts the property sector has to offer.

BEST ONE YET

Adam Day (main picture), Head of eXp UK, says: “With more member agents than ever, this year’s eXp UK Christmas Party is set to be the best one yet.

“It’s been a great year for the company and we’ve hit a number of huge milestones so the opportunity to get together and celebrate in one place will ensure that we see the year out in suitable style.

“Everybody is welcome and if you’ve been considering a switch from the traditional employment model to a self-employed platform, come down and see how the best in the UK do it.”
