Baroness Karren Brady CBE – business leader, football executive and television personality – has been announced as the keynote speaker for Propertymark One 2026, taking place at ExCeL London on 12 June 2026.
Best known to millions as Lord Sugar’s right-hand adviser on The Apprentice, Brady (main picture, inset) will bring her trademark mix of straight-talking insight and boardroom experience to the UK’s flagship property event.
A trailblazer in British business, Brady became the first female managing director of a football club at just 23 when she took the helm at Birmingham City FC.
Now vice-chairman of West Ham United and a member of the House of Lords, she also serves as the Government’s Small Business Ambassador and is widely recognised as one of the UK’s most inspirational leaders.

Her appearance at Propertymark One comes as the event continues to grow in scale and ambition.
Following a record-breaking 2025 edition, next year’s conference will expand by 50%, featuring a main stage, two additional stages and a range of new breakout zones designed to encourage learning, networking and collaboration across the sector.
