LRG has promoted Justine Edmonds to Director of Build to Rent recognising her role in building the Group’s fast-growing Build to Rent (BTR) division and her track record advising UK and international investors on schemes that perform across both operations and resident experience.
Edmonds (main picture, inset) steps up from her previous role as Head of Build to Rent / Leasing Strategies, bringing more than two decades of UK property experience to the position.
At LRG Edmonds has worked across development appraisal, design review, market positioning and long-term optimisation, with a particular focus on helping institutional investors understand the yield story early, including pre-planning.
She is qualified in interior design, pairing analytical rigour with a design-led perspective to help ensure homes feel good to live in and work hard as long-term assets. Edmonds also oversees the group’s consumer-focused division LRG Living Markets, which she was instrumental in establishing.
