JLL signs new deal with Zoopla to drive forward 2025 growth ambitions

JLL has signed a new three-year deal with Zoopla to help drive more high-quality valuation leads while increasing the number of applicants and new residential development opportunities set to launch across London this year.

Although JLL is a global business, it also has a strong residential footprint in London with offices in prime locations including Mayfair; Knightsbridge as well as Chelsea and Kensington.
It also has offices in Kew; Nine Elms; Greenwich; Canary Wharf; Stratford; Finsbury Park; Wood Green and the City of London as well as a market-leading Residential Development and New Homes team.

JLL will continue to benefit from the property website’s suite of products with Zoopla’s Weekly Featured Properties driving particularly strong results for JLL in 2024 including a 49% increase in views.

PRODUCT ENHANCEMENTS

This uplift is a result of enhancements made to the product in 2024 which included increasing the listing size and giving WFPs top placement on the listing search results page.

A ‘Property of the Week’ label has also been added to these listings to drive more views from motivated movers and growth for JLL as a result.

JLL will also leverage Zoopla’s training to ensure it drives maximum ROI from its Zoopla membership. This includes providing bespoke training on ZooplaPro to admins, managers and assistant managers.
