JK Luxe Estates has signed up to Alto as it looks to scale its premium estate agency operation across Bedfordshire and neighbouring growth hotspots including Milton Keynes, Luton, Northampton and Cambridge.
The agency, part of a wider property group spanning investment, sourcing, management and serviced accommodation, has turned to the all-in-one CRM platform to centralise operations and automate large parts of its workflow.
The move brings sales, lettings, management and investor engagement under a single system as the business targets the upper end of the market.
JK Luxe Estates has grown from managing HMO and investment stock into a full-service, boutique estate agency, with a heavy focus on digital marketing, professional photography and cinematic video to achieve higher sale prices for clients.
STREAMLINE COMPLIANCE
Consolidating its systems is seen as critical to supporting expansion while maintaining a premium, highly polished customer experience.
The agency intends to use Alto to streamline compliance, automate tenancy documentation, reduce manual admin and create a more transparent process for landlords, sellers and investors.
Management, maintenance and communications will also be run through the platform as the business positions itself for further geographic and sectoral growth.
