The Conveyancing Association (CA) has announced cloud-based case management platform InTouch as its newest affiliate member.
InTouch is a purpose-built platform designed to streamline and simplify the residential conveyancing process.
It consolidates all elements of a transaction – from initial enquiry and automated quoting to digital forms, AI-powered document handling, stakeholder portals, client communication, and final completion – into a single, secure system.
Already in use by firms across the UK, Ireland, Jersey and Australia, the platform is popular with practices ranging from boutique firms to national multi-branch operators. Users report faster transactions, fewer client queries, and significant efficiency gains.
NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
As an Affiliate member, InTouch will gain access to CA branding, networking opportunities at member and online events, and the ability to connect directly with member firms.
The company will also participate in the CA’s Annual Conference & Dinner, to be held at The Belfry in February 2026.
