Business generation guru Christopher Watkin (main picture, right) and Yopa Chief Executive Verona Frankish (main picture, left) will be on stage at Zoopla’s next ‘Property Pitch – Market Focus Roadshow’.
Both Watkin and Frankish are well-known figures across the industry. Watkin is a well-known guru around business generation for estate and letting agents and property market commentator, while Frankish is Chief Executive of Yopa and Chair of Women in Estate Agency.
Taking place at the iconic Trent Bridge Cricket Ground in Nottingham on the 14th of May, the limited event is designed to help East Midlands-based agents stay competitive in a shifting market.
Attendees can expect to hear more about Zoopla’s Vision for 2025 from Chief Operating Officer Rich Hayes, as well as the portal’s competitive advantage for agents, while Richard Donnell, Executive Director at Zoopla will explore local market trends in the East Midlands, and how these can be leveraged to get ahead of the competition. Agents will have the opportunity to ask questions during both sessions.

This will be followed by an expert panel moderated by Alex Rose, Commercial Director at Zoopla with Watkin and Frankish and Joby Russell, VP of Marketing at Zoopla.
The morning will finish with the chance to network with fellow agents and win cricket match day tickets for an England fixture at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground.
