iamproperty snaps up ValPal Network to supercharge lead gen

iamproperty has acquired The ValPal Network for an undisclosed sum, accelerating its push to build a fully connected technology ecosystem for estate agents across the UK.

The deal strengthens iamproperty’s end-to-end offering, which now spans the entire buying, selling and lettings journey – including auction, onboarding, compliance (including Material Information), conveyancing, lead generation and CRM.
The group says its technology is designed to deliver faster, more secure transactions for every type of UK property deal.

The acquisition marks a key milestone in iamproperty’s ecosystem roadmap and significantly boosts its lead-generation capabilities.

MARKETING TOOLKIT

ValPal will sit alongside iamproperty’s Marketing Toolkit and recently launched Market Appraisals module, giving agents more tools to win instructions and convert demand.

Founded more than a decade ago, The ValPal Network is a major player in automated property valuations, generating more than one million valuation leads each year for over 4,000 estate agency partners nationwide.

Its ability to convert consumer interest into high-quality opportunities is seen as a major benefit for iamproperty Partner Agents.

By integrating ValPal’s technology into its wider ecosystem, iamproperty claims it will deliver the most powerful end-to-end lead-generation proposition currently available in the UK residential property market.

QUALIFIED PROSPECTS

ValPal Pro, the platform’s flagship solution, uses AI to contact and nurture vendor and landlord leads generated via agents’ websites in real time.

The system qualifies prospects, captures key data and prioritises the most motivated sellers, reducing manual effort and helping agents secure valuation appointments faster.

Leads are responded to in seconds, with unresponsive prospects entered into a 12-month automated nurture cycle to ensure opportunities are not missed.
