Hunters launches new ‘Personal Agent’ model to back entrepreneurial talent

Hunters has unveiled a new Personal Agent model designed to give experienced property professionals the freedom to run their own businesses while operating under the strength of the Hunters brand.

The model provides entrepreneurial, service-driven agents with exclusive territories, proven systems and the flexibility to build their own client base without the overheads of a traditional branch setup.
It forms part of Hunters’ ongoing strategy to evolve its proposition and support agents seeking greater autonomy, while maintaining the group’s reputation for customer-centric service.

The first two agents to adopt the model are launching in Ascot and Leyland, bringing a mix of experience, energy and local knowledge.

COMMUNITY RELATIONSHIPS

Both have expressed enthusiasm at being part of this new chapter for the brand, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building lasting community relationships.

Rob Smith (main picture, inset), Managing Director at Hunters, says: “We’re excited to offer this new model to agents who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients and who want to run their own business.

“With the backing of the trusted Hunters brand, our Personal Agents will have access to proven tools, systems, and training that will help them succeed and grow.”
