Nearly 300 chocolate eggs were given away as prizes at the successful Easter Egg Hunt organised by top Worcestershire estate agency Nicol & Co and Mindful Financial Planning.
The weather held off and sunshine blessed the event on Good Friday 29 March at Droitwich Cricket Club, with 50children heading out with egg-collecting cards within the first half hour.
That number soared to 214 collecting cards within the first two hours, and by the end of the day 294 Easter eggs had been discovered and ‘won’ … twice the amount that was given away at the same event in 2023.
Martyn Davies (main picture, right) of Mindful Financial Planning, who is also chair of Droitwich Cricket Club, says: “What a great day we had as hundreds of families with young children enjoyed themselves.
“We were delighted to be getting involved for the second year running with our great partners at Nicol & Co, and we look forward to making it a hat-trick next year!”
