Houseful launches framework linking agents, brokers, conveyancers, housebuilders and lenders to speed up sales

Houseful has launched Movemnt – a free national framework that links property professionals together to reduce the friction of the home purchase process and speed up sales. 

Movemnt is already integrated into Zoopla, Alto and YourKeys and has integrated over 70 conveyancers and brokers, while over 50 agents and housebuilders have already processed a transaction using the functionality.

Movemnt is free to join for estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage lenders and brokers and captures up-front information about the property, vendor and buyer, sharing it instantly among the service providers collaborating on the transaction. It then distributes progress updates for all property professionals servicing that transaction in real-time.

For agents, that could mean reducing the average sale time by up to 26 days, reducing fall throughs and an improved sales experience for their customers. 

Agents can also earn up to £400 per referral using Movemnt, which are collected, processed and distributed automatically.

And agents also have the ability to leverage their existing conveyancer relationships and onboard them to Movemnt while Alto customers can see integrated milestone updates such as exchange and completion directly in their Alto account.
