“Good staff are hard to find, and so when we have what I would describe as great staff it’s important to make sure we are continuously developing their careers so that they plan their futures with Nicol & Co.”
New starters include Millie Nokes, who joins Nicol & Co as a sales specialist in the Droitwich office, bringing a background in sales, social media marketing and customer service as she makes the move into property.
Also joining Nicol & Co are Lauren Griffiths as junior estate agent and Isaam Mohammed as junior property manager in lettings, both at the Droitwich office, and Harvey Lindsay-Veal as trainee estate agent in the Malvern office.
Maxine Holder-Davies Lauren, Isaam and Harvey are all on training programmes and will be studying alongside their roles with The Able Agent, independent specialists in estate agency training.
Mr Nicol added: “We’re delighted to be welcoming Millie, Lauren, Isaam and Harvey to our team and look forward to watching them progress in their careers.
“Our focused developments of existing staff and our recruitment of new starters is all about keeping Nicol & Co fully resourced to meet a challenging but excitingly busy 2024.
“Inflation rates are now starting to show healthy signs of falling which should lead to an expected drop in mortgage interest rates later this year.
“This should result in an upsurge in demand and we are determined to be ready to make sure that all our customers continue to receive the best possible service.”
