Top performers across the board at Spicerhaart were rewarded with a spectacular trip to the slopes as recognition of their hard work and outstanding results.
High achievers from across the length and breadth of the country were whisked away to the Les Portes du Soleil in the French Alps for an exciting ski trip as a reward for their consistent hard work and success.
Those working in estate agency, residential lettings, property management, land & new homes, and support services were all eligible to qualify for the vacation, as long as they met pre-determined performance targets.
John Phillips, SpicerhaartThe company hosts regular trips as incentives to reward those who prove themselves as consistently outstanding performers.
Antony Lark, Spicerhaart Joint CEO, says rewards and incentives were a big part of life at the company for those who exceeded expectations.
And he adds: “We want to create an even more high-performing culture across the board, and incentivise our people to perform well.
“There were a number of people on the trip who had never skied before and we ensured they had ski instructors so they had the best first time skiing experience possible.”
John Phillips, Joint Chief Executive , who also went on the trip along with Lark, adds: “These trips are always incredibly popular, and if they push people to bring in great results and outcomes for our clients, then it’s all worth it.
“It was great to see how excited the winners were when we announced who was heading to the Alps, and everyone had a fantastic time.
“We’re always trying to think of unique and different ways to reward people, but these trips are part of Spicerhaart’s DNA and we look forward to announcing our next exciting destination shortly.”
